1. Objective
This policy is established to ensure transparency and fairness in managing cancellations and refund requests for all educational services offered by PROITBRIDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. It adheres to standard practices outlined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.
2. Applicability
This policy applies to all online learners who enroll in educational courses, training programs, workshops, or bootcamps provided by PROITBRIDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Learners must have accepted the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Terms and Conditions that govern our Refund Policy at the time of enrollment.
3. Enrollment Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Learners may request a cancellation and refund based on the following conditions:
A. 100% Refund Eligibility Window
Candidates are eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee only if:
- The candidate is successfully enrolled in the course, and
- A refund request is submitted within 3 calendar days after the onboarding call with the Data Science team (all days inclusive).
B. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
Refund requests will not be eligible for consideration if:
- The refund request is submitted after the 3-day eligibility window, or
- The request does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
- Only refund requests received within the specified eligibility window will be considered valid.
- Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be processed under this policy.
C. Communication Method
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Requests should be sent to info@proitbridge.com with complete enrollment details, including the candidate’s name, program name, and date of enrollment. Refund requests made through verbal communication, calls, WhatsApp, or any other mode will not be considered valid.
4. Refund Processing
- Upon validation and approval of the refund request by PROITBRIDGE’s authorized representative, the amount (if eligible) will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business working days from the date of approval.
- Any applicable bank transaction charges or third-party platform fees may be deducted.
5. Course Transfers and Substitutions
- Learners may request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch, the same course, or an equivalent course, subject to seat availability and management’s review and approval.
- No additional charges will apply for a one-time transfer to a future batch, the same course, or an equivalent course, upon management approval.
6. Instalment Payment Plans
- For courses availed through monthly instalments, refund requests will be limited to the amount paid till date and must be submitted only within the refund window and approved by management.
- Future instalments will be discontinued upon cancellation/refund.
7. Government-Sponsored or Corporate Enrollments
Learners enrolled via scholarship or corporate partnerships must follow the refund clauses outlined in their specific MoU or agreements.
8. General Terms
- PROITBRIDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions made by PROITBRIDGE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED management in processing refunds shall be final and binding.
